Warranty Information

Optikinetics offers an express manufacturer warranty for a period of twelve months. All products on our website undergo strict quality controls before we stock them to ensure you receive only quality products.

Warranty Conditions:

• Warranties exclude items damaged by accident or misuse, such as being dropped, crushed, squashed, or subjected to excessive force.
• You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the fault.
• Optikinetics reserves the right to assess the eligibility of items for return (including the condition and age of the items) before accepting them as returned.
• Items being returned for warranty claims must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Please retain the original order packaging for returning the faulty item(s).

Shipping Costs:

• Any shipping costs related to warranty claims must be initially paid by you.
• Upon confirmation of a faulty item, Optikinetics will reimburse you for the return shipping costs and cover any additional shipping costs.
