Shipping Information

Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume and weight of the order and will be displayed during the Quote stage. We serve our Australia and New Zealand customers, accepting orders with payment via bank transfer or credit card.

Shipping Details:

• All goods are dispatched from our Australian warehouse.
• Shipping rates are based on the volume of the order and the destination location.
• All items are shipped with tracking for added security.

Important Reminders:

• Carefully review your address when entering it online. Contact us immediately if there is an error.
• We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days after payment is accepted.
• Once your order is dispatched, we will email you with the tracking number.
• If there is an unexpected delay in sending all or part of your order, we will contact you.
• If no one is available to take delivery of your products, our carrier will leave a card advising the next steps.

Customer Service and Returns

At Optikinetics Australia, we pride ourselves on our quality products and friendly customer service. If a product is damaged in transit or is faulty upon receipt, we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund, provided the following conditions are met:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of accepting delivery if your order arrives damaged or faulty.
2. We may request images to help us investigate the issue.

If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. You provide us with your order or invoice number.
2. The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
3. The packaging is undisturbed, and the product is in its original condition.
4. Any associated postage costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
